These Terms of Service govern your use of the Learning Design Co. website and the educational consulting services we provide. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Learning Design Co. Australia, trading as Learning Design Co. (ABN: 66 392 043 707) provides personalised educational consulting services including subject tutoring, selective and scholarship exam preparation, career consulting, academic enrichment, and university course consulting. We are based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
2. Services
Our services are provided on a session-by-session basis. There are no lock-in contracts. Sessions are offered at the rates published on our website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Sessions must be booked in advance. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged at the full session rate. We will always endeavour to reschedule where possible.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of or prior to each session unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer or other methods as communicated at the time of booking. Invoices are issued upon request.
5. Student conduct and suitability
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where a student's conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise incompatible with effective tutoring. In such cases, any prepaid sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
6. Intellectual property
All materials, resources, and content created or shared by Learning Design Co. during sessions or via this website remain our intellectual property. You may use these materials for personal educational purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise them without our written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with care and professionalism, but we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Learning Design Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or this website.
8. Website use
This website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.
9. Governing law
